How to Sign In

1. Tap Open Class Attendance.
2. When Google asks you to sign in, use your One To One Learning Google account.
3. Your email is usually: first letter of your first name + your last name + @one2one-learning.org
   Example: mgonzalez@one2one-learning.org
4. If your personal Gmail account appears, do not use it. Choose Use another account or select your @one2one-learning.org account.
5. If AppSheet asks for permission to verify your identity and email address, tap Continue or Allow.
6. Wait a moment while the Attendance App opens and synchronizes.

Important: You do not need to add your One To One Learning email account to your phone. You can sign in through your phone's browser.

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the Google sign-in screen, enter your @one2one-learning.org email address.
2. If Google shows Forgot password?, tap it and follow the instructions.
3. If Google does not allow you to reset the password, or the reset does not work, contact One To One Learning for a password reset.
4. After your password is reset, return to this page and tap Open Class Attendance again.

Do not create a new Google account. Use only your assigned @one2one-learning.org account.

How to Take Attendance

1. Open the Attendance App.
2. Tap Class Attendance.
3. Find your class and tap the pencil/edit icon.
4. Mark each student as Present, Absent, or Excused.
5. Review the attendance before saving.
6. Tap Save or the check mark (✓).
7. Wait a moment for the app to synchronize before closing it.

If the App Does Not Update

Refresh or synchronize the app. If that does not work, completely close the app and open it again.

The Attendance App is set to refresh/synchronize when it opens, so after reopening it, wait a moment for the latest information to appear.

Please Do Not Share the App Link

Each teacher should open the Attendance App from the official One To One Learning website and sign in with their own @one2one-learning.org account. If another teacher needs help, please have them contact One To One Learning.
